my personal blog is the shit. so much so, that I got a bunch of blog writing jobs from “famous blogs” and I even got a couple of offers to write for magazines. I even got asked to do a little collector’s book! see what happens when you do something right, exact and sucker free? thanks E. Solo for the advice on that one…. this was ran on my blog first, but the shit is so crev that I figured that everyone should be up on the game of such madness. their name translates to bass supply and turn it up. I said before that the singer could be a dude that conspires with Crunc Tesla or it could be his worst enemy. I have no idea…..
oh yeah, I’m getting married. not today or next month, but I’m doing it. my fiancee is hot.

Since everyone is doing ill shit right now, it would make no sense to focus on any one person besides myself since we can all write for blogs whenever we feel like there is something worth writing about. Mira and Shuf at this new video for my all year round theme song “Leggings….” off the LA Cita Strobe EP, directed by Robby Massey (he is a genius) and produced by Valance Drakes (so is he) or MuSsCk. I think Valance’s real name is ridiculously sicker than his alias, but that’s just me. Shows are eventually coming up and out, along with the mighty, mighty Nasa of Uncommon Records and Willie Green, we are taking tech rap back to the shadows, I got a LA Cita remix thing dropping soon and before that you will most likely see Trunk Beats. While I don’t care about mentioning all of this on my personal blog, this is B.E.A.R. and these are B.E.A.R. releases, whether available for free, on iTunes or Bandcamp. this insanely atrocious sign is to let you know that Trunk Bomb is blasting with both barrels over at the GET CREV virtual pop-up store, so check it out! if enough people actually buy the digital version, then I’ll have enough money to re-do it for REAL (whatever that means in 2010) and most importantly, drop it on briefcase in physical and digital formats all over the world! oh shit!

I only need 500 people to buy it at it’s marketed retail value and that is enough to do a proper version of the CD (and MAYBE vinyl if we get creative) with some kind of promotional plot put on it so it can actually be seen in stores and such.

the plot is on, folks. no matter what, as long as I have my laptop (which means as long as I don’t have to sell it to survive, this is becoming extremely likely) I’m knocking out new bangers here, bandcamp, iTunes, wherever the powers that be let me put the music. while we are basically pirates, we still look better than some of these busters out there. please press play…..

one day i was talking to Low Leaf and i told her i thought she should do a cover of Complicated by Avril Lavigne. she scoffed at the idea. i said, yeah, Avril may be annoying or whatever, but the song is a perfect pop song and you should do a flip of it in your style. i couldn’t convince her so i said, f_ck it, i’m doing my own version of it. i played it out on the keyboard and recorded the vocals. it was pretty ridiculous but now i do it live cause its random as f_ck.

cars & trains – a dope electronic project from portland (the most environmentally-friendly city in the US, so says wikipedia) – has a great new album out today. it’s called the roots, the leaves and it’s being released by the very fine fake four label. cd and download are available today; vinyl’s coming in two weeks.

a companion remix album also comes out today. it’s called the roots the remix. meanest man contest did a remix of c&t’s song “the roots”; the record also features remixes by bomarr, ernest gonzales, blue sky black death, boy in static, and a bunch of others. you can grab the remix album as a free download at circle into square or drop a few bucks on it at spots like itunes, amazon, and emusic.
